Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop original characters, environments, props and visual concepts for 2D animated TV shows.
n
- Create character designs, expressions, poses, costumes and turnaround sheets.
n
- Develop concept art and visual references to establish the look and feel of the show.
n
- Work closely with the Director, Storyboard and Animation teams to bring creative ideas to life.
n
- Maintain consistency in character design, proportions, colours and visual style.
n
- Create concept sketches and explore multiple design options based on creative briefs.
n
- Revise artwork based on feedback and production requirements.
n
- Prepare production-ready character and concept assets within deadlines.
n

Requirements

n

n




- 2–5 years of experience in Character Design/Concept Art, preferably in 2D animation.
n
- Solid drawing, anatomy, perspective and visual storytelling skills.
n
- Good understanding of character expressions, poses, proportions and design principles.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, or similar software.
n
- Ability to work in an established art style as well as develop new visual concepts.
n
- Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
n
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
n

Experience in kids' animation, TV shows or episodic content will be preferred.
