As a trusted partner of Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud, CloudThat has trained thousands of professionals across the globe. /n Role Overview /n We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP Trainer to deliver instructor-led and corporate training programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, with specialization in either Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance modules. /n The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and excellent training and presentation skills. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Deliver instructor-led classroom and virtual training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

/n

- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, labs, and real-time use cases.

/n

- Develop and update training content, presentations, lab guides, and assessments.

/n

- Mentor learners on ERP implementation concepts and best practices.

/n

- Support curriculum enhancement based on Microsoft product updates.

/n

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful training delivery.

/n

- Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback.





/n /n Mandatory Skills /n /n

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

/n

- Functional expertise in either:

/n

- Supply Chain Management (SCM), or

/n

- Finance.

/n

- Valuable understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.

/n

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

/n

- Ability to conduct corporate and classroom training.

/n /n Educational Qualification /n Preferred: /n /n

- B.E./B.Tech + MBA (Supply Chain Management or Finance)

/n /n OR /n /n

- MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or Finance

/n /n Preferred Experience /n /n

- 1–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

/n

- Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer, Functional Consultant, or ERP Consultant.

/n

- Experience delivering instructor-led or corporate training programs.

/n

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an added advantage.
