Role Overview:

Varsoy Healthcare is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Senior Medical Representative to drive sales and business growth across Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad. The ideal candidate will build robust relationships with doctors, clinics, and chemists, and lead primary/secondary sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits to doctors, healthcare professionals, chemists, and stockists across Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad.
- Promote Varsoy Healthcare’s portfolio of ethical pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and OTC products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary sales).
- Appoint, manage, and coordinate with distributors/stockists to ensure seamless product availability.
- Track market trends, competitor activity,



and share regular feedback and reporting (DCR).

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of proven experience as an ASM or Senior Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong network and doctor/chemist rapport in Gurgaon, Noida, or Faridabad.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Educational background in Science, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm), or any graduate with relevant pharma sales experience.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
