Role Description The Marketing Staff role is a full-time, in office position located in Indore. The role involves promoting laboratory services to existing and potential clients, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and supporting sales activities through lead generation and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, maintaining client relationships,



and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

The Marketing

Staff will collaborate with technical and management teams to communicate service offerings, participate in client visits or meetings, and provide ongoing customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify opportunities and plan promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, conversion, and relationship management.
- Basic understanding of laboratory services, pharmaceuticals, food testing, or related scientific domains is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field is advantageous.
