What You Will Learn & Master

This is not a traditional desk job—it is a hands-on Event-Tech Incubator. During these 6 months, you will:

1. Master Event Tech: Learn how modern technology platforms, database systems, and AI tools are transforming the luxury event industry.
2. Understand Luxury Event Operations: Learn the inside-out workflows of 5-star hotel banqueting, vendor management, artist bookings, and corporate MICE logistics.
3. Become a Market Research Specialist: Develop advanced pan-India desk research and data profiling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research & Mapping: Conduct in-depth research to identify, map, and curate datasets of 5-star properties, luxury wedding venues, premium event vendors (decor, sound/light, fabrication), and performing artists across Indian states.
- Event-Tech Data Indexing: Standardize, edit, and upload venue profiles, amenity lists, and capacity specs on the Luxevenue.ai platform using standardized templates.




- Vendor & Artist Outreach Support: Assist the business development team in verifying vendor background credentials, portfolio work, and past 5-star hotel event experience.
- Content & Profiling: Write crisp, engaging 3-line descriptions and venue summaries for indexed properties and vendor portfolios.

Who Can Apply (Eligibility Criteria)

- Educational Background: Students or graduates with a degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Event Management.
- Availability: Available for a full-time 6-month virtual internship starting ASAP (Immediate Joiners Preferred).
- Skills Required:
- Solid online research abilities and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in basic tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Docs, Web Research).
- Work Setup: Must have a working laptop/computer and a stable high-speed internet connection.
