Responsibilities

Job Scope: The Manager of Talent Acquisition will oversee and manage the recruitment function, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent to meet current and future business needs. This role will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate and regional functions, ensuring positions are filled within agreed timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, assess, and facilitate the selection of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.




- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions to support current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment processes are structured, consistent, compliant with company policies, and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer management, and pre-joining engagement.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners to ensure quality candidate delivery and cost-effective hiring.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in logistics or related sectors. Qualification: Graduate plus Post Graduate degree from a recognized University/Institute, with professional HR affiliations preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to align recruitment initiatives with business goals.
- Familiarity with local employment legislation and HR policies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
