It is an Order Convergence role with one transparent objective: Ensure every order is complete, correct, quality-checked, packed and dispatched on the committed date. /n /n What you’ll own /n • Order Completion & OTIF performance /n • Final assembly, kitting, packing & dispatch readiness /n • Daily order sequencing and shortage management /n • Coordination across Carcass, Shutter, Stores, Planning, Quality & Logistics /n • Final QC, set integrity and error-proofing /n • WIP and orphan-order control /n • Productivity, cost,



5S & safety /n • Barcode/ERP-based completion tracking /n • Building a high-performing assembly & packing team /n /n Who are we looking for? /n • E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 10–15 years in manufacturing operations, of which a minimum of 4–5 years must be in final assembly, kitting, consolidation, sub-assembly marriage or order-wise packing and dispatch. /n • High-mix / engineered-to-order manufacturing /n • Managing large shopfloor teams and supervisors /n /n If you are passionate about manufacturing excellence, operational discipline and delivering the complete customer order—not just producing components, we'd love to hear from you.
