The Faculty Engagement function serves as the central point of engagement for faculty across ISB Executive Education, enabling a seamless faculty experience from faculty planning through programme delivery. The role is responsible for faculty planning, scheduling, academic readiness, and programme-related engagement across Enterprise, Government, Open, and Digital programmes. It also contributes to strengthening ISB's faculty ecosystem by building institutional knowledge, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement in faculty engagement /n practices. /n Key Responsibilities /n Faculty Planning & Engagement /n /n
- Coordinate
/n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty throughout the programme lifecycle.•
/n
- Coordinate faculty scheduling, calendar management, and programme-related communication.
/n
- Facilitate faculty participation in programme customization and alignment discussions,
/n
- where applicable
/n /n Faculty Readiness & Operations /n /n
- Ensure faculty readiness through programme briefings, session outlines, and academic alignment.
/n
- Coordinate faculty contracting and maintain faculty-related information in institutional systems.
/n
- Maintain programme course flows with confirmed faculty details and monitor key engagement milestones.
/n
- Proactively identify and resolve faculty-related risks to ensure seamless programme delivery.

- Maintain faculty repository, expertise profiles, and engagement history.

- Capture programme learnings and build institutional knowledge assets.

- Develop and continuously improve SOPs, templates, dashboards, and faculty engagement playbooks.

- Contribute to faculty onboarding, process improvements, automation, and capability-building initiatives.

/n /n Qualifications & Experience /n Education /n /n
- Master's degree in Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
/n /n Experience /n /n
- 6-12 years of experience in programme management, academic operations, learning & development, executive education, higher education, consulting, or a related field.
/n
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent projects.
/n
- Prior experience working with faculty, subject matter experts, or executive education environments will be an advantage.
