NResponsibilities:

NWe are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Commercial Lines Underwriter and Placement Manager to join our team and be a part of our business expansion.

- Conversant with Preparation of RFQ for Fire, IAR, Liability & Engineering RFQ proposal.
N
- Understanding of Clientbusiness to provide tailored solutions to their specific requirements.
N
- Review and correcting of risk, risk audit report and portfolio GAP Analysis.
N
- Identifying the Insurerbest suited for the company as well as the client and strengthening the relationship with the insurer.
N
- Preparation of RFQ & QCR and insurer selection based on Price- Coverage-Service-Flexibility.
N
- Assistance in Techno-marketing and communicating the USP in quote.
N
- Cross-sell and Up-sell.
N




- Post-policy Placements.
N
- Preparation of Risk Audit Report.
N
- Take ownership of retention of Commercial Lines business.
N

nRequirements and skills

N

n
- Proven experienceof around 3-4 years in CL Underwriting and Placement.
N
- Strategic understandingof Corporate Sales and Business domain.
N
- Positive comprehension knowledge of insurance products including Property Insurance, Marine Insurance, Liability Insurance, etc.
N
- Excellent skills in communication and presentations.
N
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
N
- Minimum Education criteria: Graduation in any stream, MBA will be added advantage.
N

nSalary Range: 6 to 8 LPA
