? Hiring | Sales Development Executive

We are looking for a Sales Development Executive to drive sales growth, territory expansion, distributor management, market execution, and frontline team performance.

? Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
- Drive volume, value, market share, and distribution growth across General Trade (GT) and Up-to-date Trade (MT).
- Execute territory management, beat planning, market visits, merchandising, product visibility, and outlet coverage.
- Appoint and manage distributors, ensuring stock availability, billing, replenishment, and secondary sales.
- Improve numeric and weighted distribution, outlet productivity, and strike rate.
- Guide and support field sales executives/frontline sales teams through joint market visits and on-ground coaching.
- Execute sales schemes, trade promotions, and promotional activities effectively.
- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes,



product launches, and market trends.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare DSR, beat coverage, distributor performance, and scheme tracking reports.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, sales systems, and compliance requirements.

? Requirements

- Experience in Sales & Distribution / FMCG / Consumer Goods / Personal Care preferred.
- Strong understanding of GT, MT, territory sales, distributor management, and market execution.
- Experience in primary & secondary sales, channel management, and team coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
