Required Skills & Experience:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in database administration with a focus on MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle databases.
n
- Hands-on experience with database backups, performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
n
- Knowledge of high availability (HA) setups for databases and systems.
n
- Good understanding of security best practices for database environments.
n
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
n

Nice to have Skills:

n

n
- Experience with database management tools (e.g., Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM)).
n
- Experience with MongoDB Ops Manager and database replication strategies.
n
- Certifications in database management or related technologies are a plus.
n

Educational Qualification:

n

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
