Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales

- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams

- Mandatory proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written)

- Strong understanding of the Vijayawada and surrounding local market
n
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1–10 days will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
n
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
n
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
n
- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
n




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
n
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory
n
- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management
n
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements
n
