What You'll Do
Generate current recruitment & staffing business
Acquire corporate clients across multiple industries
Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Teams & Decision-Makers
Develop leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking & references
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials & close deals
Manage sales pipelines and achieve business targets

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower Consultancy Sales

Strong B2B sales & client acquisition skills

Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills

Target-oriented with a strong networking mindset

Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth
