Factory to the Manager for sourcing strategy for packing materials like corrugated box,Carton Box,Bubble sheet, BOP tapes etc
Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements
Negotiate pricing and control costs as per the reporting manger's instruction
Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy
Adhere with Company SOP for Vendor Development( like documentation, vendor visit etc)
Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
