Role Description The Management Information System (MIS) Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing regular MIS reports to support decision-making across retail operations and management. Day-to-day tasks include collecting data from various branches, validating and consolidating information, and generating dashboards and performance summaries.

The role involves monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and highlighting variances or issues to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.



The MIS Executive also collaborates with store and head-office teams to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and support business planning and performance reviews.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to design and maintain structured reporting frameworks.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including data validation, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills to present insights, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and document reporting processes clearly.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic database concepts; experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) or BI tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple reports and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in retail, footwear, or consumer goods reporting is beneficial but not mandatory.
