Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

- Robust hands on experience in Python
- Experience with librechat +Langgraph.
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI architectures and multi agent systems.
- Expertise in Workflow Design and Orchestration.
- Experience in MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration.
- Strong knowledge of Tool Calling / Function Calling patterns.
- Experience implementing Agent Handoffs and Agent to Agent communication.
- Knowledge of Session Persistence, Context Management, and Memory Systems.
- Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and Enterprise Integrations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agent Framework Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise grade AI agents and multi agent workflows using the Microsoft Agent Framework SDK.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Development & Orchestration
- Design and develop intelligent agents using the Microsoft Agent Framework SDK.
- Build multi agent ecosystems with agent collaboration, delegation, and handoff capabilities.
- Develop graph based and workflow driven agent orchestrations for complex business processes.
- Implement agent memory, context management, and session persistence mechanisms.

MCP & Tool Integration
- Design and implement MCP compliant integrations with enterprise applications and services.
- Develop and maintain custom tools, functions, and APIs accessible by AI agents.
- Enable dynamic tool/function calling and controlled execution workflows.
- Integrate external data sources, APIs, and business systems through MCP servers and connectors.

Workflow Engineering
- Create robust workflow definitions for agent execution, routing, escalation, and approvals.




- Build human in the loop workflows for high risk or business critical decisions.
- Design event driven and asynchronous agent execution patterns.

Azure & Cloud Engineering
- Build and deploy agent based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Integrate with different Azure tech stack:
- Ensure scalability, observability, and reliability of deployed solutions.
