About The Department

- The Digital Automation team enables global marketing campaigns and business growth through Adobe Marketo Engage, enterprise integrations, and intelligent automation solutions. Working closely with Marketing Operations, Product, Data Engineering, CRM, and Architecture teams, the group delivers scalable marketing technology platforms that improve campaign execution, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. Team members gain exposure to Adobe technologies, AI-powered automation, enterprise integrations, and digital transformation initiatives in a collaborative and innovation-focused environment.

Core Responsibilities

How You Will Add Value

- You will design and support Adobe Marketo Engage solutions for campaign execution and lead management.

- You will build and optimize campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, and automation processes.

- You will develop and maintain integrations between Adobe Workfront, Marketo, and enterprise platforms.

- You will create Python-based APIs, automation scripts, and ETL solutions.

- You will integrate marketing platforms with CRM, analytics, and customer data systems.

- You will ensure data quality, governance, platform performance, and operational reliability.

- You will support production issues, performance improvements, and platform enhancements.

Team & Collaboration

- You will collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product, CRM, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams.





- You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- You will create technical documentation and operational runbooks.

- You will support governance, optimization, and platform best practices.

Strategic Responsibilities

- You will leverage AI tools to improve marketing operations and campaign automation.

- You will develop intelligent solutions for segmentation, analytics, and process optimization.

- You will evaluate emerging AI capabilities and intelligent workflow opportunities.

- You will build proof of concepts and AI-powered applications.

Experience

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

- 6 years of Adobe Marketo Engage administration and engineering experience.

- Experience with Adobe Workfront integrations and marketing operations platforms.

- Robust experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integrations.

- Advanced Python development experience for automation and data processing.

- Experience with AI-enabled development and workflow automation.

- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Technical Skills

- Adobe Marketo Engage and Adobe Workfront.

- Python, SQL, JSON, and XML.

- REST APIs, Webhooks, and integration frameworks.

- ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.

- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and CRM platforms.

- Adobe Experience Cloud and marketing automation technologies.





- Generative AI tools and intelligent workflow automation.
