Junior Google Ads Specialist

About the role

Northline Collective is looking for a Junior Google Ads Specialist with hands-on Google Ads experience who wants to grow quickly in a performance-focused team.

You’ll work with international clients, manage campaigns under senior guidance, analyze performance, launch optimizations, and gradually take full ownership of your accounts.

This is a hands-on role — we’re looking for someone who has already worked inside Google Ads and understands the fundamentals of paid search.

What you'll do

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Work with Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Monitor budgets, bids, keywords and targeting
- Review search terms and campaign performance
- Identify opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS and conversions
- Launch optimizations and experiments
- Prepare clear performance reports
- Work with tools such as GA4, Google Ads Editor and Merchant Center

What we're looking for

- 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Good understanding of Google Ads campaign structure
- Understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion tracking




- Experience with Search campaigns
- Familiarity with Performance Max
- Analytical mindset and solid attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop quickly
- Good organization and communication skills

Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
