Crafted with high-quality ingredients and minimal processing, our products are free from preservatives and additives, rich in real nutrients, and designed to empower healthier everyday choices. /n /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a Junior Food Safety / Quality Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our quick-growing, purpose-driven food brand. /n /n The role focuses on: /n /n

- Designing and deploying food safety and quality systems

/n

- Ensuring compliance with FSSAI and internal standards

/n

- Training and capability-building across teams

/n

- Maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards across the value chain

/n /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Design, deploy, and monitor Food Safety & Quality Plans in line with FSSAI and internal standards

/n





- Conduct in-process quality checks, audits, and inspections during production and packaging

/n

- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance reports

/n

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

/n

- Support process improvements and implement best practices to enhance product safety and quality

/n /n /n Qualifications /n /n

- M.Sc. in Science (mandatory); specialization in Food Science / Food Technology preferred

/n

- 1–3 years of experience in Food Safety / Quality roles

/n

- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing food safety plans

/n

- Certification in FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 (preferable)

/n

- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
