and production issues. /n 3. Provide first line support for all z/OS, JES2 and JES3 and middleware issues using documented operating procedures.

Perform first-level diagnosis, escalate to system programmers or application teams if needed. /n 4. Support regular maintenance activities—IPL/POR. Perform routine health checks and apply patches or fixes as directed. /n 5.

Maintain accurate operational procedures, run books, and incident logs. /n 6. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. /n 7. Suggest automation opportunities and process improvements. /n 8.

Mainframe Batch Event

Monitoring (CA7) & Scheduling, Mainframe Online transaction Failure Handling and Batch and first line closure of issues. /n 9. Manage bridge calls during incidents.
