Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad.

The Interior

Designer will create functional, aesthetically aligned salon spaces that reflect the brand’s creative identity and enhance client comfort. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing layout plans, refining space flow, and selecting finishes, fixtures, and equipment that support the salon’s operations and visual appeal. The role involves collaborating with salon leadership, coordinating with architects and contractors, reviewing construction drawings,



and overseeing implementation to ensure designs are executed as planned.

The Interior

Designer will also help maintain and update the salon environment to keep it fresh, practical, and aligned with emerging trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create efficient, client-focused salon layouts.
- Candidates should possess relevant Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to collaborate effectively with project partners and ensure design accuracy.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection skills to curate cohesive, durable, and brand-aligned interiors.
- Relevant experience in commercial or hospitality interiors, preferably including salons, spas, or retail spaces.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and work collaboratively with creative and operational teams.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
