Key Responsibilities:
Lead complete Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Audit, MIS, Budgeting, Costing, FP&A;, Compliance and Business Finance functions.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and profitability improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
Manage statutory compliance, GST, Income Tax, audits and corporate governance.
Own working capital, cash flow, banking relationships and treasury operations.
Implement solid internal controls and risk management practices.
Drive SAP S/4 HANA finance transformation and automation.
Support business growth through financial analysis and leadership inputs.
Lead finance team development and succession planning.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
SAP S/4 HANA / SAP HANA experience mandatory.
15 years of experience in finance Department.
Automotive industry experience mandatory.
Big 4 experience would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
