Job Title Cybersecurity Trainer / Information Security Technical Instructor Job Type Full-Time Location Chennai Experience Required 2–4 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver hands-on and industry-oriented training in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, network security, cloud security, vulnerability assessment, and security operations. The trainer will mentor learners through practical labs, real-world security scenarios, and certification-oriented training programs.

Key Responsibilities - Deliver classroom and online training on cybersecurity concepts and tools - Train learners on ethical hacking, network security, SOC operations, and vulnerability assessment - Conduct practical lab sessions, penetration testing exercises, and security simulations - Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments - Guide students for cybersecurity certifications and career readiness - Teach security fundamentals including firewalls, SIEM, IAM, endpoint security, and incident response - Mentor learners on real-world security case studies and projects - Conduct workshops, CTF activities,



and cyber awareness sessions - Monitor learner progress and provide technical mentoring - Update curriculum based on latest cybersecurity threats and technologies - Coordinate with academic and placement teams for learner development initiatives Required Skills - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security best practices - Experience with ethical hacking and penetration testing tools - Knowledge of network security, Linux security, and web application security - Familiarity with SIEM, SOC operations, vulnerability assessment, and incident response - Hands-on experience with Kali Linux and security tools - Good presentation, communication, and mentoring abilities - Ability to conduct practical labs and troubleshooting sessions Preferred Skills - Experience in cloud security and DevSecOps - Knowledge of scripting using Python or Bash - Exposure to digital forensics and malware analysis - Experience in corporate security training or academic training - Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Cybersecurity / Engineering or related field Certifications Preferred - CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) - CompTIA Security+ - CISSP (Preferred) - CHFI / OSCP / CCNA Security (Added Advantage) Tools & Technologies - Kali Linux - Wireshark - Metasploit - Nmap - Burp Suite - SIEM Tools - Firewalls & IDS/IPS - Linux & Networking Tools - Cloud Security Platforms Salary Best in Industry Benefits - Exposure to real-world security projects - Certification and skill development support - Growth opportunities opportunities - Flexible work environment - Participation in cybersecurity workshops and events
