9ance is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside-sales function and drive revenue for our CRM, AI, Telephony & SaaS solutions.

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven software/SaaS sales experience who understand B2B selling, lead conversion, sales pipelines, demos, negotiations, and team management.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team.
- Drive sales of CRM, SaaS, AI & business communication solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure effective follow-ups.
- Conduct product demos and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Demo → Negotiation → Closure → Handover.
- Track sales pipelines, targets, conversion rates, and team performance.
- Coach sales executives on calling, objection handling, demos, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.

⭐ Preferred ExperienceStrong preference for candidates with software/SaaS sales experience, especially in:

Candidates from B2B software sales backgrounds will be preferred.
