We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate joining.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze client/hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies based on role, skills, experience, and location.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct telephonic/virtual screening to evaluate skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and job fit.




- Shortlist and submit relevant candidates to clients/hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and selection rounds.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer discussion, and offer acceptance.
- Maintain regular candidate engagement during the notice period.
- Ensure candidate joining and closure of positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets, TAT, and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandatory

✅ Willingness to learn Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

✅ Must have a personal laptop

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred share cv at : (phone hidden)
