Role Description The Destination Manager (UK/Europe) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves counseling students on UK and European study options, including universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes.

The Destination

Manager will manage end-to-end student applications, coordinate documentation, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one consultations, organizing information sessions, and supporting guided pre-departure orientations. The role also requires building relationships with education providers,



responding promptly to student inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and counseling team to achieve enrollment and quality targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to support students professionally and clearly.
Candidates should possess Guided Tours and destination briefing skills to conduct orientations and information sessions for UK/Europe-bound students.
Candidates should possess Sales and Negotiation skills to convert inquiries into applications while maintaining ethical counseling standards.
Relevant experience in overseas education consulting, student counseling, or travel/education services is beneficial.
Knowledge of UK and European education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements is highly desirable.
Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or business is an advantage.
