HR Consultant – Talent Acquisition

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Tenure: 1 year

- Source legal professionals through targeted searches.
- Solid hands-on experience with job portals is mandatory.
- Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and practice-area expertise.
- Proactively engage with both active and passive legal talent.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline and ensure timely closure of hiring mandates.
- Support market mapping and research to identify relevant legal talent.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with legal hiring exposure.
