NJD:

NConfigure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.

NGather, analyze, and document business requirements.

NDesign and implement absence plans, leave policies, accrual calculations, and eligibility rules.

nSupport and optimize business processes related to employee attendance and leave management.

NCollaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.

NConfigure security rolesand domain permissions.

NPerform testing activities including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

NTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

NSupport Workday releasesand enhancement projects.

NPrepare functional design documents and user training materials.
