- 7 To 14yrs Job Location : Noida - 1. Expertise in Windows Server administration
- Expertise on VSphere, VMware ESXi 6.0 and later - Valuable Communication and awareness of ITIL best practices
- Manage and review VMware ESXi hosts and VMs in the environment
- Troubleshoot issues in the ESXI hosts and perform hardware troubleshooting if required
- Engage Vendor and coordination across other teams during investigation of issues
- Plan and Perform upgrade of firmware in VMware and hardware end like Cisco, HPE if required
- Manage and review Windows servers in the environment
- Perform frequent health checks on the server and troubleshoot any issues
- Analyze System Logs (OS logs) and determine potential issues
- Ability to predict any future failures to avoid potential outages
- Basic knowledge on PowerCLI, PowerShell scripting to execute commands while troubleshooting issues
- Expertise in working on automation and service improvements which will save manual efforts and lead to client benefits.
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
