- Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts.

- Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings.
N
- Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions.
N
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution.
N
- Present design conceptsand pricing confidently to customers.
N
- Maintain high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.

nRequired Expertise& Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 yearsDiploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
N
- 2–8 years of experiencein residential interior design projects.
N
- Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.
N
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).
N
- Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
N
- Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
N
- Positive verbal and writtencommunication skills.
N
- Fluency in English is mandatory;

knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
