- experience in handling high rise projects with positive understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.

- Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.

- Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc

- Preference for experience in developers office

- Co-ordination with all external consultants on board

- Co-ordination with Execution team, site visits for design accuracy check

- Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board

- Good Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up, MS office
