Role: Employer Branding - AM
Content strategy & calendar
◦ Own the monthly employer-brand content calendar across Instagram (reels, carousels, stories) and LinkedIn (company page and any dedicated Life/careers page)
◦ Own other platforms like Glassdoor, Ambitionbox etc
◦ Plan a content mix spanning employee spotlights, day-in-the-life features, culture and festive moments, leadership visibility, DEI stories, CSR/Foundation initiatives, campus hiring etc
◦ Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and social-sourced applications/traffic to the careers page; report monthly against employer-brand KPIs.
Content creation & production
◦ Storyboard the reels and posts, coordinate shoots with store, warehouse, and corporate teams, and brief internal design/video resources or external agencies.
◦ Write captions and copy that stay consistent with Lenskart's brand voice and tone across platforms.
Employee advocacy
◦ Identify and feature employees as brand storytellers — store staff, optometrists, warehouse and supply chain teams, corporate functions, and leadership.
◦ Run recurring testimonial and user-generated-content formats that build a bank of authentic voices.
Cross-functional coordination
◦ Align messaging with Marketing/Brand and Corporate Communications so employer-brand content is inline with the consumer facing campaigns
◦ Work with circle/city business leaders to source real stories and approvals from the field.
Employer brand & reputation
◦ Contribute to articulating and evolving Lenskart's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
◦ Support Outstanding Place to Work and similar award submissions
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in employer branding — D2C or consumer-facing brand experience preferred.
A sharp eye for what performs on Instagram Reels and LinkedIn specifically for talent audiences, not just consumer marketing.
Solid copywriting and storytelling skills; comfortable turning a shop-floor or warehouse moment into a compelling 30-second reel.
Experience coordinating video shoots and working with editors/agencies; basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) are a plus.
Comfortable operating cross-functionally across HR, TA, Marketing, and business leadership without needing heavy hand-holding.
Data-driven — able to read social analytics and connect content performance to hiring outcomes.
