NAbout the Role

nXtreme Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire key accounts and build strong relationships with enterprise customers.

NKey Responsibilities

- Achieve sales and revenue targets through recent business development and key account management.
N
- Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts, with a focus on BFSI and Retail sectors.
N
- Drive large and strategic deal closures.
N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
N
- Conduct regular client meetings and develop a strong sales pipeline.
N
- Manage pricing, negotiations, profitability and commercial discussions.
N
- Ensure timely collections and effective debtor management.
N
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
N




- Maintain strong adherence to the company's sales processes and reporting requirements.
N

nPreferred Candidate Profile

N

- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.
N
- Experience in LED Displays, Digital Signage, Pro-AV, Video Walls, Display Solutions or related industries preferred.
N
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value projects.
N
- Experience handling enterprise/key accounts, preferably in BFSI and Retail.
N
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
N
- Highly driven with strong ownership and a result-oriented approach.
N
- Candidates based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad preferred.
