- Strong experience in Home Décor, Home Furnishings, Home Textiles or Lifestyle Products.
- Proven experience leading design teams and developing large-scale seasonal collections.
- Solid understanding of Indian consumers, international trends, materials, colours, prints and product development.
- Excellent combination of creative vision and commercial/business acumen.
- Ability to lead, inspire and build a high-performing design team.
