Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – Finance & FP&A; to lead financial planning, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business finance, and strategic decision support.

The role will act as a key Finance Business Partner to the CFO, CEO, Business Heads, and overseas subsidiaries, driving financial discipline, optimising cash flows, improving profitability, and supporting sustainable business growth.

The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and strengthening a robust FP&A; function to support Pinnacle's growing global operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Treasury & Banking

- Lead treasury and liquidity management.
- Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Optimise working capital and cash flows.
- Manage banking relationships and surplus fund investments.
- Manage BGs, SBLCs and Letters of Credit.
- Support forex risk management and hedging strategies.
- Coordinate inter-company funding requirements.
- Support salary and vendor payment processes.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Develop financial models and business plans.
- Conduct variance and profitability analysis.
- Analyse revenue, cost and business performance trends.




- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

3. Management Reporting & MIS

- Develop and present MRM and management reports.
- Drive CEO/Board MIS, KPI and cash flow dashboards.
- Monitor order book, revenue and invoicing efficiency.
- Develop and track working capital dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management.

4. Global Finance Support

- Provide centralised finance support to overseas subsidiaries.
- Monitor cash flows and budgets.
- Coordinate MIS and banking requirements.
- Provide treasury and financial planning support.

5. Internal Controls & Governance

- Strengthen maker-checker controls and financial governance.
- Develop and implement finance SOPs.
- Establish and monitor Delegation of Authority (DOA).
- Ensure compliance with IFC and internal control requirements.

Candidate Profile
- 12–18 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, FP&A; or Business Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an FP&A; leadership role.
- Strong experience in treasury, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in multinational/global operations.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or transformation.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical, financial modelling and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in managing banking, working capital and liquidity functions will be preferred.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive finance transformation.
