Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based at the HAIR RAP BY YOYO salon in Ahmedabad. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable cuts, colors, and treatments, and perform a range of hair services including styling, cutting, coloring, and hair care. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe workstation, following salon standards, and using professional products and tools correctly.

The Hairstylist will build strong client relationships through attentive service,



clear communication, and consistent results, encouraging repeat visits and referrals. The role also includes staying updated on trends, participating in training, and supporting the salon team in delivering an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling skills, including cutting, coloring, and creative styling for diverse hair types.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Cosmetology, including basic skin and scalp health and professional product usage.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Hair Care, including treatments, maintenance routines, and holistic approaches to hair health.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to consult with clients, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Formal training or certification in hairdressing or cosmetology is preferred, along with proven salon experience.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Ahmedabad, follow hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate effectively with the salon team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques, keep up with industry trends, and participate in ongoing professional development.
