About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Worker to join a warehouse and distribution team in Australia.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving goods, picking and packing orders, stock handling, and maintaining an organised and protected work setting.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and store incoming goods
Pick and pack customer orders accurately
Load and unload goods using appropriate procedures
Assist with stock counting and inventory control
Label, sort, and organise warehouse products
Prepare goods for dispatch
Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and protected
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or similar experience is preferred
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow workplace procedures and safety requirements
Reliable and punctual approach to work
Ability to perform the physical duties associated with warehouse work
Forklift or other relevant equipment certification where required for the position
