Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
Supervise, guide, and train staff to provide valuable service to guests and follow company standards.
Ensure a secure, clean, and secure setting for guests and employees while following health and safety rules.
Make sure hotel policies, SOPs, and daily procedures are followed properly to keep operations smooth and efficient.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and a good guest experience.
Work on plans to improve hotel revenue and profitability through proper pricing, promotions, and marketing.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on staff attendance, hotel performance, and other important updates,



along with suggestions for improvement.
