Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Design birthday and work anniversary posters from approved templates and deliver them on schedule.
- Create posters, cards and announcement collateral for engagement events, festivals, welcome and farewell, wellness sessions and training programmes.
- Design collateral for internal publications, including section headings, callout boxes, pull quotes, tiles, charts and infographics, and assemble final pages in Canva as per the layout brief.
- Design digital assets for Work vivo, cafeteria and reception screens, meeting room signage and standees.
- Edit and manage event photographs, including selection, cropping, colour correction and placement into collateral.
- Resize and adapt approved designs across formats for Work vivo, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and print.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all output, covering colour palette, typeface and visual treatment.
- Maintain the design template library and update templates as formats evolve.
- Maintain editable source files in the shared design folder with the prescribed naming convention.




- Deliver all requested collateral within agreed turnaround timelines and incorporate review feedback.
