What You’ll Be DoingAs a Fresher Assistant, you will play a hands-on role across our electronics manufacturing operations. Your primary focus will be to:

- Assist in Manufacturing Workflows: Support daily production lines to meet quality and output goals.
- Maintain Quality Control: Participate in testing and inspection processes with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate Logistics: Support supply chain and operational workflows to ensure smooth material movement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain a safe,



efficient working environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Industrial Electronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge Base: Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, quality control concepts, and workplace safety protocols.
- Skills: Strong teamwork, logistics/coordination capabilities, and a keen attention to detail.
- Mindset: A fast learner eager to adapt to new tools, equipment, and industrial electronics technologies.
