About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Soft Skill Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing students' and professionals'

communication, interpersonal, and employability skills through engaging training sessions and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct training programs on communication and soft skills.

 Deliver sessions on personality development, public speaking, and presentation skills.

 Train candidates in interview preparation and group discussion techniques.

 Develop and implement training materials, activities, and assessments.

 Mentor and guide participants to improve confidence and professional behavior.

 Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.





 Support placement readiness and career development initiatives.
