Role Description As a Founders Office Business and Growth Intern, you will support the founding team in driving strategic initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements. On a day-to-day basis, you will conduct market and competitor research, prepare business reports and presentations, and analyze product and customer data to identify growth opportunities. You will assist with sales and marketing activities, including lead tracking, outreach coordination, and performance monitoring across digital campaigns.





The role also involves collaborating with product and operations teams to streamline internal workflows and document processes and insights. This is an in office internship role based in Chennai, offering close exposure to founders, cross-functional learning, and hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI startup environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present market, customer, and product data clearly.
- Business acumen and interest in growth, strategy, sales, and marketing, with comfort working on cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, documentation tools) and comfort working with data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and emails.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment while working closely with founders.
- Interest in AI, automation, and SaaS products; prior exposure to startups, business internships, or technology-focused projects is an advantage.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
