Company Description Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS), owned and operated by Enjogo, is India’s largest and most highly rated grassroots football training program accredited by the All India Football Federation (AIFF). BBFS has trained over 20,000 young players across non-residential after-school programs and residential football excellence centers, supported by a team of more than 2,000 coaches nationwide. Admissions span age groups 5–23, offering structured pathways for beginner to advanced players.

Enjogo’s coach education program with Skill India, BBFS develops coaches for top academies, while its CSR arm, the Indian Football Foundation (IFF), supports talented footballers who often progress to elite levels. Enjogo also extends learning through its sports education app, podcasts, newsletter, and active social media presence, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for players and coaches.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Football Coach role based in Gurugram.

The Football

Coach will plan and conduct daily training sessions aligned with BBFS’s grassroots curriculum, focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and game intelligence for different age groups. The role involves assessing player performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining individual development plans.

Coach will ensure safe and inclusive training environments,



manage equipment and training resources, and prepare players for matches, tournaments, and assessments. The coach will collaborate with other coaches and academy staff, communicate regularly with parents and guardians as needed, and participate in internal workshops and coach education initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Football Coaching and Coaching skills, with experience working in structured academy or grassroots environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Football knowledge, including rules, tactics, age-appropriate training methods, and player development principles.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to guide young players and interact with families and staff.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, including session planning, drill design, and progression management across multiple age groups.
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., AIFF or equivalent) and prior experience coaching youth players are highly beneficial.
- Strong commitment to child safety, inclusivity, and ethical coaching practices is expected.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per match and training schedules.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools or apps for session planning, player tracking, and communication is an advantage.
