Qualifications





- Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of fashion trends and brand offerings.
- Practical experience or demonstrated aptitude in Fashion Consulting and personal styling.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and explain options clearly.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building rapport and delivering a positive in-store experience.
- Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional training or certification in fashion, retail, or styling is an advantage.
