NWe are looking for an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our team at Big Steps Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
NThe candidate will be responsible for managing retail and commercial leasing activities, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with brands, landlords, and investors, and driving successful leasing transactions.




NThe role requires solid market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end leasing processes.

- Identify and engage with potential brands, retailers, tenants, and property owners N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and retail brands N
- Conduct market researchto identify leasing opportunities and market trends N
- Support clients with suitable commercial property solutions N
- Manage lease discussions, negotiations, and documentation processes N
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth transaction execution N
- Maintain market knowledge of commercial real estate trends and competitor activity N
