Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing vendors to suit event requirement.
- Maintaining database of Vendors & update the database from time to time.
- To execute planning and coordinating event logistics (venue, vendors, schedules, materials).
- Handling client communications and in office coordination.
- Help prepare event documentation such as checklists, timelines and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- To ensure administrative support including data entry, follow-ups and feedback collection.
