- ServiceNow or ITSM Ticketing Tools

/n

- SQL for Data Analysis & Validation

/n

- Testing, Deployment & Documentation

/n

- ITIL Process Knowledge

/n /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Provide AMS support for ERP applications.

/n

- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLAs.

/n

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues.

/n

- Perform application enhancements, configuration, and bug fixes.

/n





- Coordinate with functional and technical teams.

/n

- Support upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.

/n

- Prepare SOPs, KT documents, and support documentation.

/n

- Work with business users and stakeholders for ongoing support.

/n /n Requirement /n /n

- 4-8 years of ERP AMS/Production Support experience.

/n

- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

/n

- Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.

/n

- Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management processes.
