The Centre’s expertise covers common and complex ENT and Head & Neck conditions, including hearing loss, infections, sinus and allergy problems, voice and swallowing disorders, dizziness, and balance issues.

Role Description The ENT Specialist role at Med First ENT Centre is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The specialist will provide outpatient ENT consultations, diagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions, and conduct endoscopic examinations such as laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, and otoscopy. Daily responsibilities include interpreting audiology and vestibular lab assessments, recommending and performing ENT surgeries (e.g., adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, myringoplasty, septoplasty, FESS), and overseeing pre- and post-operative patient care.

The role also involves collaborative work with audiologists and other clinical staff,



participation in treatment planning for hearing aid trials and fittings, and adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based practice. The specialist is expected to maintain accurate medical records, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support patient education and counseling.

Qualifications

- Medical qualifications: MBBS and MS/MD/DNB in Otolaryngology (ENT) from a recognized institution; valid medical license/registration in India.
- Clinical ENT expertise: Strong skills in diagnosing and managing ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders, including infections, sinus disease, allergies, voice and swallowing issues, and balance-related conditions.
- Procedural and surgical skills: Hands-on experience with ENT endoscopic examinations (laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, otoscopy) and common ENT surgeries such as adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, micro-laryngeal surgery, myringoplasty/tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, myringotomy, septoplasty, FESS, and inferior turbinectomy.
- Technology and equipment proficiency: Ability to work confidently with advanced ENT equipment including endoscopes, Microscope, Microdebrider, Coblation, ENT Laser etc.
