About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E2E Spare Parts Solution Architect with robust expertise in Spare Parts, Aftermarket, Service Parts, and Service Supply Chain environments.

This is a business-focused solution architecture role responsible for designing end-to-end solutions across the complete spare parts lifecycle. The role requires working closely with business, supply chain, service, operations, and technology teams to define scalable and sustainable future-state solutions.

This is not a pure ERP configuration or technical architecture role.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for spare parts operations.
- Design solutions across:
- Demand Forecasting
- Parts Planning & Replenishment
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Warehouse & Fulfillment
- Transportation & Logistics
- Warranty & Returns
- Repair & Refurbishment
- Parts Supersession & Obsolescence
- Define current-state and future-state business and solution architectures.
- Lead business and solution design workshops.
- Define system ownership, data ownership, and integration boundaries.
- Develop architecture roadmaps, capability maps, and transformation plans.
- Partner with business and technology teams to drive sustainable solutions.

- Experience designing business solutions across ERP, WMS, Planning, CRM, Field Service, Logistics, and Legacy Platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
