Role Description The Director of Implementation will lead end-to-end implementation of Compport’s solutions for clients, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of compensation programs and related configurations. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves overseeing project planning, scoping, and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role includes designing implementation frameworks, aligning platform capabilities with client requirements, and monitoring project risks, timelines, and budgets.

The Director will mentor and guide implementation teams,



establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with product, customer success, and training teams to ensure smooth handover to operations and a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex compensation data, implementation metrics, and client requirements, and to support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven program management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance across multiple concurrent client implementations.
- Demonstrated team management and team leadership capabilities, with experience building, coaching, and motivating high-performing implementation teams.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal stakeholders, including process walkthroughs and platform enablement.
- Background in HR technology, compensation management, or SaaS implementations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with senior client leaders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, HR, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
